Abhi Rampal is the founder and CEO of Solid State AI. He holds a PhD in Engineering Physics, is a quantum mechanics and machine learning expert, and is an expert on MEMS fabrication, modelling, semiconductor design and fabrication. During his PhD he hypothesized and proved a new form of optical actuation resulting from combining the piezoelectric and photovoltaic effects in materials such as GaAs, InP, etc. The work was published in Nature. One of the targeted applications for these devices is to measure the boundary between Quantum Mechanics and Gravity.
